Whether she’s confirming your appointment or making sure a special request gets taken care of, Jenn brings genuine warmth to every interaction.

Mindfulness and presence aren’t just words for Jenn — they’re how she moves through her day. As she puts it: “My view of well being is a complete balance of mind, body and spirit rather than just physical maintenance.” That philosophy shows up in the way she listens, the way she shows up for clients, and the way she helps create a space that feels as grounded as it does welcoming.

On her days off, Jenn gives back — volunteering is close to her heart. You’ll also find her outdoors, kayaking or hiking, or spending time with friends and the animals she loves.
